Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Saint-Lazare, Quebec Canada.  We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is ready for shipping.

Canadian orders over $75 and orders to the United States over $100 will automatically receive free shipping. Orders under $75 will have a flat rate shipping charge of $14.95 to Canada and a flat rate shipping charge of $19.95 to the United States. Shipping recipients in the United States and International locations will be responsible for paying any additional duties or import charges. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your orders to be prepared if we have the item(s) in stock. Please allow 4-5 business days for ready to make item(s).

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel™. Once your order is shipped, it is projected to arrive up to 1 business day for local delivery, up to 3 business days for regional delivery and up to 7 days for national delivery. 

Orders to the United States are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel™– USA. Once your order is shipped, it is projected to arrive within 4-7 business days. 

We accept international orders.  Please contact us for shipping. The price of shipping will be based on the weight of the product and the location it is being delivered to.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact us to confirm the request and provide us with the order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will only accept unused items. The item(s) should be returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Make sure your order number is properly displayed on the box for the return or exchange shipment. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. It is the client's responsibility to ship the item(s) back for return or exchange at their expense.

U.S.A. and international clients will be responsible for paying any additional duties and fees imposed by Customs. Please choose a carrier of your choice that will allow you to track your package(s).

Allow up to one week after return of item(s) for funds to be credited to your original method of payment or an exchange made. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
